CONTEXT
Coldwell Banker Townside (CBT), a locally owned brokerage in Southwest Virginia, was facing a sharp decline in agent retention. As nearby brokerages shifted their attention to modern, design-forward marketing offerings, CBT found itself lagging behind. My mission was to modernize and unify CBT’s marketing ecosystem, while remaining fully compliant with global Coldwell Banker brand guidelines.
